Personalised Support
We will endeavuor to support every child as an individual, providing tailored care that promotes wellbeing, confidence and everyday skills.
Our support will include a safe home, positive routines, emotional and behavioural support, education guidance, health coordination, and access to activities that build social and life skills.
Individual Support Plans
Each child will co produce a personalised care plan, reviewed regularly with their key worker and the wider professional network to track progress, celebrate achievements and plan next steps.

Developing Independence Skills
Life Skills and Independence
We aim to help children build everyday skills through age-appropriate support, including cooking, personal care, healthy routines, budgeting, and preparing for the next stage of their journey.
Education and Aspirations
Children’s voices are central to their plans. We will work with schools, tutors and professionals to support attendance, learning and progress, and we want to encourage interests and goals that build confidence and open future opportunities.

Community Integration
We work with local community organisations to help children build positive relationships, feel connected and take part in activities that reflect their interests.
We encourage safe, age-appropriate opportunities to get involved in community groups, clubs and volunteering, building confidence, self-esteem and a strong sense of belonging.
